Click the ‘My Accounts’ button > Select the account > Click ‘Statements & Tax Documents’ tab.
Click the ‘My Accounts’ button > Select a client’s name > Click ‘Statements’ for the account you want at the bottom of each investment box.
You will be able to access your account on your mobile site; however, these sections are not yet mobile optimized, so you may still need to resize the page for your device.
Go to ‘Investments & Solutions’ menu > Click ‘Mutual Funds.’
Go to ‘Investments & Solutions’ menu > Click ‘Mutual Funds – All’ and sort by ‘Ratings’
Go to ‘Investments & Solutions’ menu > Click ‘Mutual Funds.’
Go to ‘Investments & Solutions’ menu > Click on ‘Capital Gains Distributions’ under ‘Investment Resources’ heading.
Go to ‘Investments & Solutions’ menu > Click on ‘Detailed Portfolio Holdings’ under ‘Investment Resources’ heading.
Go to ‘Tools & Resources’ menu > Click on ‘Forms & Applications’.
Go to ‘Tools & Resources’ menu > Click on ‘Order History’ under ‘Literature’ heading.
Go to ‘Tools & Resources’ menu > Click ‘Fund Fact Sheets’

Go to ‘Insights’ menu > Click on ‘Insights’
Log in to ‘My Accounts’ > Click on the account number > Click on one of the ‘Buy’, ‘Sell’ or ‘Exchange’ buttons and follow the prompts on the screen.
Log in to ‘My Accounts’ > Click on the account number > Scroll to the bottom of the page to see ‘Transaction History’ > Click on ‘Download Transactions’ and follow the prompts on the screen.
Log in to ‘My Accounts’ > Click on “More Account Details”.
Log in to ‘My Accounts’ > Click on the account number > Click on ‘Change Mailing Address’ under ‘Account Registration’ on the ‘Account Details’ tab.
Log in to ‘My Accounts’ > Click on “More Account Details” > Click on “Add New Bank” > Enter Routing Number and Account Number > Click “Submit”.
You must be signed in. Click on your name at the top of the page > Click on ‘Edit My Profile’ > Click on the ‘Change’ link next to ‘eDelivery Options’.

To ensure the security of your accounts we’re requesting all users log in with their credentials to the website. If you’ve forgotten your User ID/Password, please retrieve/reset them.
Follow the directions on the reset password page.
Go to ‘Sign In/Register’ box above the navigation menu > Click ‘Register Now’ at the bottom of the pop-up window.
